Andrew Ristrom
Chairman
Andrew has 35 years' experience in the stockbroking industry. He was a partner in Clarke and Co and a founding partner in McNab Clarke and Partners, which subsequently became C.S. First Boston. This was followed by seven years at McIntosh Securities and more recently at ANZ Investment Bank as Director, Corporate Finance responsible for the resources sector.
Andrew has extensive experience in capital markets. He was involved in the establishment of the corporate broking division of ANZ, where he was in charge of capital raisings for QMC including the successful raising which saw Normandy Mining become a substantial shareholder.
He was also responsible for identification of resources opportunities in Indonesia and for organising and managing the underwriting of several floats and capital raisings for a number of companies including Pacific Hydro.
He was admitted to membership of the Melbourne Stock Exchange in 1981.

Gregor Dixon
Director
Gregor Dixon has over 20 years’ experience within various ASX listed entities, in which he has held several senior management and corporate roles.
Prior to joining Domain Capital, he worked in the gaming, mining, agriculture, sustainability, investment banking, corporate advisory, property and healthcare sectors, where he held various senior positions.
Gregor has broad experience across several operational, financial and strategic areas including business planning, acquisitions and divestments, operational reviews, capital raisings, corporate governance and stakeholder relations.
He has led various cross-functional teams in the project management of several corporate transactions and change management projects and has considerable experience in dealing with the investment community and regulatory bodies.
Gregor holds Graduate Diplomas in Applied Finance and Investment and Company Secretarial Practice and a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.

Joseph Duffy who was CEO and one of the founders of Very Small Particle Company. Prior to VSPC he was with Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM), a global engineering and environmental services firm where he had been a Senior Principal and a Board member. He is a civil engineer with an extensive track record in successful feasibility studies, planning, design and construction of major industrial and infrastructure facilities in many countries.
Joe has an MBA from the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers
Australia. His experience covers technical inputs and board positions in new technology companies covering pulp and paper, biodiesel and nano-materials. He was a shareholder and founding chairman of Hebel Australia, a technology start-up who had a licensed process to produce aerated autoclaved concrete. He was instrumental in the successful trade sale of that company to CSR Limited.
